Howdy RV in Aransas Pass, TX is expanding our sales team and hiring a motivated RV & Boat Sales Representative ready to earn based on performance — not hourly limits.

This is not a passive sales role. We are looking for professionals who follow up aggressively, generate referrals, manage pipelines effectively, and take ownership of every opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Sell pre-owned and consigned RVs and boats in a high-traffic dealership environment

• Guide customers through the full purchase process — from initial inquiry to delivery

• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and walk-in leads

• Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools

• Prospect for new business and generate referrals

• Present financing options and work closely with the finance team

• Maintain strong product knowledge across travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and boats

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in commission sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar preferred)

• Strong closing skills and follow-up discipline

• Comfortable working in a 100% commission structure

• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

• Professional communication skills (in-person, phone, and online)

• CRM experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license
