Flag RV Service Technician

Location: Aransas Pass, TX (Coastal Bend / Corpus Christi Area)
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on Experience & Certifications) + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Nights | No Weekends

About the Position

Howdy RV in Aransas Pass, TX is hiring an experienced Flag RV Service Technician to join our growing service department. We are looking for a skilled RV technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and completing jobs right the first time.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering competitive flag-rate pay, performance bonuses, and a stable Monday–Friday schedule. If you have experience in RV repair, mechanical service, electrical systems, plumbing, or HVAC and want to be rewarded for productivity and craftsmanship, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and cosmetic systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and multi-point inspections

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately

• Install and repair RV appliances, accessories, and components

• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates

• Document repairs, parts usage, and technician notes in service system

• Communicate repair timelines and recommendations clearly with service advisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay

• Stay current with evolving RV systems, technology, and manufacturer updates

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an RV Service Technician, RV Mechanic, or related mechanical role

• Strong knowledge of RV electrical systems, 12V/120V systems, plumbing, HVAC, slide-outs, and structural components

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage workflow in a flag-rate environment

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• RVTI certification or formal technical training preferred
