Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of structural or ship fitting experience in an industrial or marine environment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and fabrication specs

• Experience with layout, fit-up, and alignment to code tolerances

• Familiarity with AWS D1.1 or similar structural welding/fabrication codes preferred

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
